Return & Refund Policy

At ShadowGlow, we want you to feel confident with your purchase. We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused or only inspected, with all accessories included, and in its original packaging. You will also need your order confirmation or proof of purchase.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that are sent back after the 30-day return window, show signs of misuse, are damaged for reasons not caused by us, or are missing parts, accessories, or original packaging.

How to Start a Return

Please include your order number, full name, email address, and the reason for your return. If the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, please include clear photos or videos of the issue.

If your return request is accepted, we will send you return instructions and the authorized return address. Please do not send your item back before contacting us. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Return Shipping

If your item arrives defective, damaged, or you receive the wrong item, we will help resolve the issue and may offer a replacement, refund, or return instructions at no additional cost to you.

For returns due to a change of mind, wrong model selection, or no longer wanting the item, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise required by applicable law.

Original shipping is free and insured, but return shipping is not automatically free unless the item is defective, damaged, incorrect, or required by law.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible at shadowglowstore@gmail.com so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for:

- Items damaged by misuse, improper handling, or accidental damage after delivery
- Items returned without prior authorization
- Items missing parts, accessories, or original packaging
- Gift cards, if applicable
- Custom or personalized items, if applicable

This does not affect any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get a different model is to request a return for the item you have. Once your return is accepted, you can place a separate order for the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return. If your refund is approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please remember that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
