4. Worldwide Shipping
ShadowGlow offers worldwide shipping to many destinations.

If we are unable to ship to your location after your order has been placed, we will contact you and issue a full refund if the order cannot be fulfilled.

Please allow some time for tracking information to update after the carrier receives the package.

If we are unable to ship your order within the promised processing timeframe, we will notify you and give you the option to accept the delay or cancel your order for a full refund, as required by applicable law.
We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs processing, weather events, incorrect shipping details, local delivery disruptions, public holidays, or events outside our reasonable control.

ShadowGlow is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, returned packages, or lost orders caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping details provided by the customer.

We will do our best to update the address before the order is processed or shipped, but we cannot guarantee changes once an order has entered processing or has been handed to the carrier.
