Welcome to HookD.
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the HookD website, online store, products, content, features, tools, and related services (collectively, the “Services”).
The terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to HookD, operated by José Alberto Saiz García. HookDis powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide our online store and related ecommerce services.
By visiting, browsing, accessing, interacting with, or purchasing from our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Return & Refund Policy.
Please read these Terms carefully before using our Services. If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not access or use our Services.
SECTION 1 - ELIGIBILITY, ACCESS AND ACCOUNT
By using our Services, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state, province, or country of residence, or that you have given us your consent to allow any of your minor dependents to use the Services on devices you own, purchase, or manage.
To use certain parts of the Services, including purchasing products from our store, you may be asked to provide information such as your name, email address, billing address, payment information, and shipping information.
You represent and warrant that all information you provide to us is accurate, current, complete, and that you have the legal right to provide such information.

SECTION 2 - OUR PRODUCTS
HookD sells premium wrist lifting hooks designed to improve grip during strength training and fitness exercises. Each product is sold as a pair (2 units) and is intended to assist users in maintaining a more secure grip while performing resistance training exercises.
Our products are manufactured using materials including nylon, steel, neoprene, and adjustable Velcro straps to provide comfort, durability, and support during normal intended use.
We make reasonable efforts to display our products as accurately as possible, including product images, colors, sizes, features, and descriptions. However, actual appearance, dimensions, colors, and performance may vary slightly depending on manufacturing tolerances, lighting conditions, display settings, or normal product improvements.
Product images, videos, and lifestyle content are provided for illustrative purposes only.
We reserve the right to modify, update, discontinue, or limit the availability of any product at any time without prior notice, subject to applicable law.
SECTION 3 - PRODUCT USE AND SAFETY
Our products are intended solely for recreational strength-training and fitness activities.
They are designed to assist grip during resistance exercises and must only be used according to their intended purpose.
Users should inspect the product before each use. If any signs of damage, excessive wear, broken stitching, deformation, or deterioration are observed, the product should no longer be used.
The adjustable wrist straps must always be securely fastened before use.
Our products are not intended for:
- Climbing
- Industrial lifting
- Lifting or supporting people
- Safety applications
- Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
- Any purpose other than their intended fitness use
HookD products are recommended for users aged 16 years or older.
Improper use may result in injury or product failure.
SECTION 3A – FITNESS RESULTS DISCLAIMER
HookD products are designed to assist grip during strength-training and fitness activities. However, individual performance, comfort, training progress, and results may vary depending on factors such as technique, physical condition, experience, exercise selection, training intensity, and proper product use.
HookD does not guarantee any specific increase in strength, endurance, muscle growth, athletic performance, or training results.
Our products are intended solely as training accessories and should not be considered a substitute for proper exercise technique, professional coaching, medical advice, or appropriate physical conditioning.
Users are responsible for using the product safely, within their own physical capabilities, and in accordance with all provided instructions and warnings.
If you have any medical condition, injury, or physical limitation that could affect your ability to perform resistance training safely, you should consult a qualified healthcare professional before using our products.
SECTION 4 - ORDERS
When you place an order through our store, you are making an offer to purchase the selected product or products.
Your order is not accepted until we confirm acceptance of the order. We must receive and process your payment before an order is accepted.
We reserve the right to accept, refuse, cancel, or limit any order for reasons including, but not limited to:
- Product unavailability
- Suspected fraud or unauthorized payment
- Incorrect or incomplete customer information
- Pricing, description, or technical errors
- Unusual order quantities
- Delivery restrictions
- Legal or compliance reasons
If we cancel an order after payment has been received, we will issue a refund to the original payment method, unless otherwise required by law.
Please review your order carefully before submitting it. Once an order has been accepted and processing has started, we may not be able to accommodate cancellation or modification requests.

All prices are displayed in the currency shown at checkout. For customers in the United States, prices are generally intended to be displayed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.

The price charged for a product will be the price shown at the time you place your order and will be reflected in your order confirmation.

SECTION 6 - SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Our shipping terms are described in our Shipping Policy and may also be stated on product pages, checkout pages, or promotional banners.
Unless otherwise stated, our estimated processing time is 2 to 4 business days, and our estimated shipping and delivery time is 6 to 9 business days.
Shipping and delivery times are estimates. We make reasonable efforts to process and ship orders within the timeframes stated on our website.
If we are unable to ship your order within the promised timeframe, we will notify you and give you the option to accept the delay or cancel your order for a full refund, as required by applicable law.
We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs processing, incorrect shipping information provided by the customer, weather events, service interruptions, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
However, if your order is lost, damaged, significantly delayed, or not delivered, please contact us at shadowglowstore@gmail.com so we can review the issue and help resolve it.
SECTION 7 - RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Your purchases are subject to our Return & Refund Policy.
HookD offers a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.
To qualify for a return, the product must satisfy all conditions described in our Return & Refund Policy.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible at:

Nothing in these Terms limits any rights granted under applicable consumer protection laws.

HookD is powered by Shopify, which provides the ecommerce platform used to operate our online store.
However, every purchase is made directly with HookD, operated by José Alberto Saiz García.
Shopify is not responsible for the products sold through our store or for any disputes arising from purchases made with HookD.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree that Shopify shall not be liable for claims relating to products purchased through our store.
SECTION 13 - PRIVACY
Your submission of personal information through the Services is governed by our Privacy Policy.
Because our store is hosted by Shopify, Shopify may collect and process personal information about your access to and use of the Services in order to provide and improve the platform and related services.
