OVERVIEW

Welcome to ShadowGlow.

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the ShadowGlow website, online store, products, content, features, tools, and related services (collectively, the “Services”).

The terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to ShadowGlow, operated by José Alberto Saiz García. ShadowGlow is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide our online store and related ecommerce services.

By visiting, browsing, accessing, interacting with, or purchasing from our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Return & Refund Policy.

ShadowGlow sells decorative wall projection lamps, shadow lamps, ambient lighting products, and related accessories.

However, actual product colors, lighting effects, brightness, shadows, and appearance may vary depending on your screen, device settings, room lighting, wall color, distance from the wall, battery level, installation position, and other environmental factors.

Product images, videos, lifestyle images, and visual effects are provided for illustration purposes. The final effect may vary depending on how and where the product is used.

We reserve the right to modify, update, discontinue, or limit the availability of any product at any time, without prior notice, subject to applicable law.

SECTION 3 - PRODUCT USE AND SAFETY

Our products are intended for decorative indoor use only, unless expressly stated otherwise on the product page.

You agree to use the products only as intended and in accordance with any instructions, warnings, or guidance provided with the product or on our website.

You should not misuse, modify, disassemble, expose to water or excessive heat, or use the product in any way that may create a risk of damage, injury, or malfunction.

Our lamps and decorative lighting products are not toys. They should be kept away from very young children unless supervised by an adult.

When you place an order through our store, you are making an offer to purchase the selected product or products.

Your order is not accepted until we confirm acceptance of the order. We must receive and process your payment before an order is accepted.

All prices are displayed in the currency shown at checkout. For customers in the United States, prices are generally intended to be displayed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.

The price charged for a product will be the price shown at the time you place your order and will be reflected in your order confirmation.

SECTION 6 - SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Unless otherwise stated, our estimated processing time is 2 to 4 business days, and our estimated shipping and delivery time is 6 to 9 business days.

Shipping and delivery times are estimates. We make reasonable efforts to process and ship orders within the timeframes stated on our website.

If we are unable to ship your order within the promised timeframe, we will notify you and give you the option to accept the delay or cancel your order for a full refund, as required by applicable law.

We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs processing, incorrect shipping information provided by the customer, weather events, service interruptions, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

However, if your order is lost, damaged, significantly delayed, or not delivered, please contact us at shadowglowstore@gmail.com so we can review the issue and help resolve it.

SECTION 7 - RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Your purchases are subject to our Return & Refund Policy.

ShadowGlow offers a 30-day return policy. This means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the item must meet the conditions stated in our Return & Refund Policy.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible at shadowglowstore@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos or videos of the issue.

Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.

SECTION 8 - PROMOTIONS AND OFFERS

From time to time, we may offer discounts, promotional codes, bundles, free shipping offers, limited-time deals, or other promotions.

ShadowGlow is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.

However, any sales and purchases you make through our store are made directly with ShadowGlow.

By using the Services, you acknowledge and agree that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of any sales between you and ShadowGlow, including any injury, damage, loss, claim, or dispute resulting from purchased products or services.

You expressly release Shopify and its affiliates from all claims, damages, and liabilities arising from or related to your purchases and transactions with ShadowGlow, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
